What is this in my changing bag?

I have always been an over prepared person. I go away for a week but pack for a month so in light of that I thought it would be amusing to see if Ben’s changing bag has too much in it (I’ve been told it has)

1) A nappy bag – this mini bag includes a changing may, nappies, nappy sacks and bepanthem.
This is an awesome idea that was given to me at my baby shower, it’s actually a bag that held some baby items for a new mum pack like gift, however taking them out and replacing them with what is needed to change a nappy. It’s perfect for a quick trip to the shop if an unexpected explosion happens!

2) A Muslin

3) A whole outfit (down to socks, vest etc)

Whether it be due to a nappy incident or pukage a change of baby clothes is always needed.

4) Teething aids

These two items are godsends. Ben really loves to chew on these and it stops tears and strangers eyes staring when we’re out for the day.

5) Mothercare giftvoucher

I live right by a store so you never know when you fancy a splurge.
6) Formula (pre measured out pots for ease)

7) Bottles of hot water in travel bags

These have been one our best investments since having Ben as some places get funny about giving out hot water and then you have to wait for it to cool down so having it at the start of the day means it takes longer to cool but we get a good few hours of going somewhere without having to worry about bottles for Ben.

8) Dummy and dummy clip

9) Calpol and syringe

10) Handsanitiser

11) Mum items

These include tissues, a nail file, my asthma pump and lipstick

I personally do not think I have anything in there that isn’t essential. I used to always carry a notebook, all my makeup, a spare charger, wifi box incase I run out of data, a diary plus headphones and other junk so for me I think I have done well.

What do you have in your changing bag? Is there anything you think I might need to add or tips to reduce the amount of stuff I have?
